CLUB

We are a small club of thirty-something members who meet in the mornings. Most of us live in the
Lincolnway area. Our members have a varied interest, and are from many backgrounds. The things we share are a love for gardening and fun. Of course, put together they are fun. If you are new to gardening, we can help you by sharing our experiences. If you are expert at gardening, we can help you with in-depth horticultural answers to your questions. Many of our members participate in the University of Illinois Extension Master Gardener Program. If we don't have an answer for your question we can find it for you. We meet at the Prestwick Country Club. After a short business meeting, we have a program. After the program we socialize over lunch in the club dining room or at a nearby restaurant.

Purpose and Objectives:

To stimulate knowledge, share experiences and encourage a love of gardening and flower arranging.

To Aid in the conservation and protection of our native trees, plants, and birds.

To cultivate the spirit of civic beauty and betterment in our community.

Membership:

Membership is available to anyone interested in gardening. Such persons will become members upon the completion of a membership form and payment of annual dues.

There will be two classifications of members: single and family.

Dues are: Single- $25.00
Family $40.00
